Frederick George
Passed away peacefully at St Mary's Hospice, Selly Oak, on August 21, 2013, aged 78.
Service will be held at West Bromwich Crematorium on September 5, at 2.30pm.
Flowers welcomed but donations to St Mary's Hospice preferred.
He was a loving Dad, Grandad, Companion and Friend to those he held dear.
He will always be loved and never forgotten by those he held dear.
