Passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 11, 2013, aged 56 years.

Funeral Service at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Wednesday, August 28, at 11am.

No flowers by request, donations gratefully received for New Cross Heart and Lung and The Whitehouse Dudley c/o the Family.

We sat beside your bedside and prayed to God above, we held your hand with tenderness and gaveyou all our love.

Through tears we saw you weakening and slowly fade away, although our hearts were breaking we knew you could not stay.
