Sadly passed away at home with his Family at his side on Friday, August 2, 2013, aged 43 Years.
Funeral Service to take place on Wednesday, August 28, 2013, at Streetly Crematorium at 10.30am.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to West Midlands Air Ambulance.
Will be sadly missed by Mom, Dad and all the Family.
