Sadly passed away suddenly and peacefully at home on Friday, July 19, 2013.
She will be deeply missed by Family and Friends.
Funeral Service will be held at St. Luke's Church, Cannock, on Monday, August 5, at 11am,followed by Cremation at Stafford Crematorium.
Family flowers only.
Donations if so desired please to The British Heart Foundation.
