With tears we saw you suffer, we watched you fade away, our hearts broke as you fought to stay. We knew you had to leave us, but you didn't go alone, our hearts went with you the day God took you home.

Daughter Kerri, Son Craig and Wife Sue, Son Ian, Brother Neil and Wife Yvonne, Sister Sue and Husband Tom, Grandson Scott and Fiancee Georgia, Great-Grandson Logan and Nieces and Nephews.

Will be sadly missed. X X X
