Passed peacefully away in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, on June 16, 2013, aged 78 years.
She will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to be held on Friday, June 28, 2013, at The Salvation Army, Pound Road, Oldbury, at 11.30am, followed by Interment at Rowley Regis Cemetery, at 12.15pm.
Flowers or donations to Cancer Research UK welcome.
