Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 5, 2013, aged 93 years.

Father of Stephen and Grandfather to Stuart, Shelley and Rob.

Jack will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all his Family, Friends and those that knew him.

A Funeral Service will take place at Luton Crematorium on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at 14.30pm. All are welcome to attend the Service.

Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Jack may be made if desired to the British Heart Foundation.
