Passed away at Walsall Manor Hospital, on May 22, 2013, aged 74 years.

Funeral Service to take place on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at Holy Trinity Church, Short Heath, at 2.15pm, followed by the Committal Service at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, at 3.15pm.

Family flowers only.
