Passed away peacefully on May 22, 2013, aged 78 years.
Funeral Service to take place at St Mary's and St John's RC Church, Wolverhampton, on Wednesday, June 5, at 1.30pm, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only, donations to Alzheimer's Society.
