Passed away on May 8, 2013, aged 74 years.
Reception into Holy Trinity Church, Bilston on Thursday, May 23, at 4pm.
Requiem Mass on Friday, May 24, at 9.45am, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, at 11.15am.
Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to Holy Trinity Church.
