Sadly passed away in Walsall Manor Hospital on Saturday, May 4, 2013, aged 90 years.
The Funeral Service and Committal will take place on Friday, May 17, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel at 2pm.
By request Family flowers only but donations if desired to The Royal National Institute for the Blind.
