Passed away peacefully at Island Court Nursing Home.
Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Friday, May 3, at 1.30pm.
Everyone welcome afterwards to The Brambles, Dudley.
Family flowers only by request, donations if desired to Cancer Research.
Love you, as always Dad and we'll cherish our memories forever.
