Known as Sam, Motor Mechanic at Codsall and Claregate.
Passed away peacefully at New Cross Hospital, on Tuesday, April 16, 2013.
Darling Husband of Dorothy, proud and loving Father of Carl and Maureen, Jason and Beth, James andDawn, loving Grandad to Caleb, Jacob and Abbie, Gramps to David and Natalie.
Will always be missed by all.
Funeral Service to be held at St. Nicholas Church, Codsall on Tuesday, May 7, at 12.30 noon.
Followed by Burial in the Churchyard.
Family flowers only please.
