Passed away peacefully, at home, on April 3, 2013, aged 83 years.

So sadly missed.

Funeral Service at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Friday, April 26, at 11.40am.

Jack you were a lovely man and a gentleman, you touched the hearts of so many people, we will miss yourcharacter, strength and kindness, you leave a big hole in our hearts, we shall never ever forget you, there are so many happy memories, you were a fantastic Husband and Dad.

You worked so hard in your lifetime for all your Family and Friends.

Jack you were unique, unforgettable, that's what you are.
