Who passed away peacefully at New Cross Hospital on Thursday, April 4, 2013, aged 91 years.
The Funeral Service is to take place at St Chads Church, Bilston on Friday, April 26, 2013, at 12.45pm, followed by the Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, at 1.45pm in the East Chapel.
Family flowers only and donations if desired to The Birmingham Childrens Hospital c/o F W COLLINS 01902 491443.
Family request no black attire.
