Passed peacefully away on Monday, April 8, 2013, aged 79 years.
A loving Husband, Dad, Grandad and Great-Grandad.
Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, April 25, 2013, at St Marks Church, Pensnett, at 2pm, followed by Cremation at Gornal Wood Crematorium, at 2.50pm.
