Died peacefully at New Cross Hospital on March 22, 2013, in his 92nd year.

The dearly loved Husband of Mary and of the late Jean.

The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 19, at 2pm, at Christchurch, Tettenhall Wood, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium.

All Friends welcome at the Church.

Family flowers only.

It was John's wish that donations in his memory should benefit the Renal Department of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, whose skill and dedication in 1984 gave John 29 years of happy and fulfilled life.
