Passed away peacefully at home on March 20, 2013, aged 68 years.
He was much loved.
The Funeral Service will take place in St Thomas' Church, on Friday, April 5, 2013, at 11.30am, followed by private Cremation at Stourbridge Crematorium.
No flowers by request, donations if desired for St Thomas' Appeal, are being accepted by
