Passed away at Hawksyard Priory Nursing Home, on Sunday, March 24, 2013, aged 88 years.
Loving Husband of the late Ellen, cherished Father of Pat and Jim, much loved Grandad, Great-Grandad and Great-Great-Grandad.
Funeral will take place at Hawksyard Priory Church, on Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at 12 noon, followed by Cremation at Stafford.
Family flowers only please.
Donations received in memory of Doug will be given to Hawksyard Priory Nursing Home where he received such excellent care.
