Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, aged 62 years.

He was greatly loved and will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held on Thursday, March 28, 2013, at Moxley Methodist Church, HighStreet, Moxley, at 1.30pm, followed by the Committal at Fallings Heath Cemetery, at 2.30pm.

Returning back to Moxley Methodist Church for refreshments.

All Family and Friends welcome.

Family flowers only, donations to Cancer Research.
