Sadly passed away on Monday, February 25, 2013, aged 95 years.
The Funeral Service is to be held on Friday, March 8, 2013, at Streetly Crematorium, at 1.30pm.
Family flowers only please, donations to Alzheimers Society.
Dad will be very sadly missed by all of his Family and Friends.
