Passed away in Mary Stevens Hospice, on Thursday, February 14, 2013, aged 77, with his Family by his side.

Funeral Service on Wednesday, February 27, at Gornal Wood Crematorium, 3.30pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired for Mary Stevens Hospice.

Loved and missed by all his Family, Friends and Neighbours.

Reg's Wife and Family would like to thank his G.P. Nurses and Carers for all their help and support.
