Passed away on Monday February 11, 2013, aged 65 years.
Will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, February 21, at St. John's Church, Upper Church Lane, Tipton at 10.00am, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium.
