Sadly passed away in Walsall Manor Hospital, on Monday, February 4, 2013, aged 90 years.
The Funeral Service and Committal will take place on Wednesday, February 27, at Streetly Crematorium, West Chapel, at 10.30am.
By request Family flowers only but donations if desired to the PDSA.
