Sadly passed away on January 28, 2013.
Funeral Service to be held at 1.45pm, on February 15, at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel.
All welcome afterwards at The Victoria, Deans Road.
Flowers to Co-operative Funeralcare,9 Market Place, Willenhall.
Sweet is the sleep that ends all pain, we would not wake you to suffer again.
Deeply missed by Daughter Dianne and John and Grandson Ryan and Gina and Great-Grandson Callum.
