Sadly passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2013, aged 81 years.

Loving Wife of Alf, devoted Mother to Mitchell, Debby and Michael.

Loving Nan to Grandchildren Nicholas, Samantha, Kate, Lauren and Joe.

Sadly missedby Son-in-law Stephen, Daughters-in-law Sue and Sadie.

Hazel will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
