Passed away Monday, January 28, aged 80 years.

Funeral Service to be held at West Chapel Bushbury Crematorium, on Wednesday, February 13, at 10am.

Flowers or donations if desired to Heart and Lung Unit, New Cross Hospital.

A much loved and wonderfully special Husband, Father and Father-in-law whose passing has left an unfillabe hole in our hearts and lives.
