Funeral Service to be held at St. Martin's Church, Parkfields, Wolverhampton, on Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at 1pm, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel, at 2pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu payable to Dementia Trust Fund, Ward C22, New Cross Hospital, c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 8a, St. Marks, Wolverhampton. 01902 423708.
