Passed away peacefully on Monday, January 14, 2013, aged 68 years.
Funeral Service to take place on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Albion Street, Brierley Hill, at 10am, followed by Cremationat Gornal Wood Crematorium, at 11am.
Flowers welcome but donations in lieu of flowers will be gratefully accepted for Mary Stevens Hospice and may be forwarded to the Funeral Directors, J.T. Brookes & Co, 68, Mount Pleasant, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 2YS. 01384 77098
