Peacefully passed away at home on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, aged 68 years.

The Funeral Service is to be held at Streetly Crematorium, on Thursday, January 31, 2013, at 2pm.

Barbara will be sadly missed by Husband Garth, Children Adam and Rebecca and Grandchidren Clarissa, Ursula, Oliver and Madeline.

Family flowers only by request.
