Passed away suddenly on January 8, 2013, aged 58 years.
Funeral Service at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Thursday, January 24, at 10.30am.
Immediate Family flowers only, donations will be received for Myotonic Dystrophy Charity at the Chapel in lieu of floral tributes.

We little knew that morning that God would call your name, in life we loved you dearly in death we'll do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you but you did not go alone for part of us goes with you now that God has called you home.

No farewell words were spoken, no time to say goodbye, you were gone before we knew itand no one can tell us why.
We can't have all those good times back when we were altogether but our secret tears and loving thoughts will be with us all forever.
