Passed peacefully away at home on December 17, 2012, aged 62 years.

Funeral Service to be held at St Leonard's Church, Bilston, on Friday, January 18, at 1.30pm, followed by Committal in Bilston Cemetery.

All welcome afterwards for refreshments to Shepwell Green Social Club, Bilston Lane, Willenhall.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to British Liver Trust.
