Our Precious Mom, one year ago today you left us all with broken hearts.

We have so many wonderful memories you always made us laugh and feel loved and were always there for all of us even until the end.

Every day we wish you were still here with us, but we know you cannot be, but a piece of our hearts went with you so hold those pieces close until we meet you and Dad again.
