Passed away at Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley, on Tuesday, December 25, 2012, aged 82 years. Graham will be sadly missed by his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service and Cremation will take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Friday, January 11, 2013, at 12.20pm.
