Sadly passed away peacefully on December 27, aged 69.
The Funeral Service is to take place at Wyre Forest Crematorium on Friday, January 10, at 4pm.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to Macmillan Nurses.
As we saw youslowly pass away, our hearts were broken. You will never be forgotten, our tears will never stop.
Always in our hearts.
All our love, loving Wife Carole, Sons Mark and David, Daughters Elaine and Carole.
Miss you deeply.
