Passed away peacefully at The Heathers Nursing Home, on Monday, December 17, 2012.

The Funeral Service will take place at Burntwood Methodist Church, on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at 10am, followed by Interment at Fallins HeathCemetery, Wednesbury, at 11.30am.

Donations welcome, these will be forwarded to St Giles Hospice, cheques should be made payable to the chosen charity.

Family and Friends are invited to return to Calderfields Golf Club, Mellish Road, Walsall, for lightrefreshments.
