Passed away at his home on Sunday, December 23, 2012 aged 76 years.
Reunited with Wife Beryl and beloved Dad of Helen also a loving Brother.
Funeral Service will be held at Chadsmoor Methodist Chapel, Thursday, January10, at 1.45pm, followed by Interment at Cannock Cemetery.
