Passed away on November 18, 2012, aged 56 years.

Janet, Victoria and Benjamin, the Wife and Children of David would like to thank everyone for their condolences and for the cards of sympathy and flowers we received during this difficult and sad time.

We would also like to thank the many people who attended the Funeral and for their kind donations of œ652.30, which is to be split between The British Heart Foundation and The Air Ambulance.

David was a wonderful, kind, loving man, who is so greatly missed.
