Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday, January 8, at Bushbury Crematorium, at 3.30pm.

Wake held at The British Legion, Wednesfield.

Flowers welcome and sent to Burgess &Harper.

Will be forever missed and loved and never forgotten.

Now reunited with Dad.
