Passed away suddenly on December 7, 2012, at New Cross Hospital, aged 96 years.
The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, December 28 at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel at 12 noon.
No flowers by request, donationsto Help the Heroes.
Dad
Memories don't fade, they grow more deep of the Dad we loved but could not keep. We will always love and remember you.
