Mervyn Frederick Sadly passed away in Lakeview Care Home on Saturday, March 27, 2021, aged 80 years.

The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, May 6 at Short Heath Methodist Church at 1.45pm, followed by the Committal at Bushbury Crematorium.

By request Family flowers only, but donations if desired to the Alzheimer's Society.
