Passed away peacefully at New Cross Hospital, on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, aged 80 years.
Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Wednesday, January 2, at 11.30am.
No flowers, donations to Macmillan Cancer Support.
God bless from Sons John and Paul and Daughters-in-law Maureen and Lynda.
