Passed away December 6, 2012, at Russells Hall Hospital, aged 68 years.

Funeral will take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Friday, December 21, at 4.10pm.

All are welcome afterwards to Coseley Workingman's Club.

Down memory lane I walk with you, I hold your hand real tight, I know you haven't left me, you're only out of sight.

Stay close to me and walk with me and help me through this pain, walk with me throughout my life, until we meet again.

You taught me many things in life Dad, that I would have to do but you never taught me how to cope with the pain of losing you.
