Passed away suddenly and peacefully at home on November 30, 2012.
Funeral Service to take place on Wednesday, December 19, at Holy Trinity Church, Short Heath, at 3pm, followed by a Committal Service at Bushbury Crematorium, WestChapel, at 4pm.
