Passed away peacefully at New Cross Hospital on November 30, 2012, aged 69 years.

A beloved Husband, Father, Father-in-law and Grandfather.

No words can express our sadness and loss.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, December 17, at 1pm, followed by Committal.

Family flowers only, however if you wish donations to Brain Tumour Research may be sent to John Williams Funeral Service.
