Passed away peacefully at Sandwell Hospital on November 30, 2012, aged 59 years.

Much loved Husband of Sheila, loving Father to Son Keith, Daughter-in-law Tina and much loved Grandad to Alex and Daniel. Sadly missed alsoby Sister and Brother-in-law Jill and Robert and Nieces Emma and Georgina and Brother-in-law Melvyn.

We will miss you and love you always.

Funeral Service to be held at West Bromwich Crematorium, Newton Road, Thursday, December 13, 2012, at 2.30pm, following on at The Gough Arms, Jowets Lane, West Bromwich.

All former work Colleagues of Kendrick & Jefferson or S.M.B.C are most welcome.
