Passed away November 30, 2012, aged 50 years.

Beloved Husband of Gwen and loving Father of Chris, Luke and Jack.

The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, December 14, at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel, at 3.30pm.Family flowers only, donations for First Responders c/o Jennings Funeral Directors, 01902 786795.

So sorry to hear your sad news Gwen and boys, didn't get to hear about this until early Feb. We hadn't seen Dave for some yrs., however we still have fond memories of his humour. Our thoughts are with you all. Tony & Tracey Bradley. Xx
