HADLEY Samuel Charles.
Passed away peacefully at Russells Hall Hospital on December 1, 2012, aged 78 years.
He will be sadly missed by Wife Margaret and Family.
The Funeral Service will take place at Powke Lane Crematorium on Monday December 17, at 1.45pm.
Donations accepted for the the Stroke Association c/o The Family.
