Passed away peacefully with her Daughters at her bedside, on November 25, 2012, aged 74 years.

Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, December 11, at Gornal Wood Crematorium, 12.20pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired for Arthritis Research c/o the Family.

To my beautiful Mom, thank you for being such a wonderful Mom and Friend, you loved me, you guided me, you taught me respect, you always believed in me. I will never stop loving you, thank you Mom, back in the loving arms of our wonderful Dad Brian.
