Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 28, 2012.

A much loved Husband to Bertha, loving Dad to Stephen, Kevin, Carol, Nigel and Julie, much loved Grandad and Big-Grandad.

Who will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.Funeral Service to take place at Streetly Crematorium, on Thursday, December 13, 2012, at 11.30am.

Everyone is welcome to attend the Service.

Afterwards refreshments at Community Centre at Burgh way.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations will begratefully recieved for the Palliative Care Nurses.
